DE Series Rubber Vibration Mounts

DE type rubber mounts are composite components with vulcanized rubber securely bonded onto metal threaded sleeves. They effectively isolate vibration, reduce noise and buffer mechanical shock generated by operating equipment, preventing vibration transfer to adjacent structures and extending machine service life.

1. Robust Bonding Performance: Rubber and metal are chemically vulcanized together, avoiding delamination under continuous load.
2. Dualside Internal Thread: Builtin threaded inserts on both ends enable fast, secure mounting without extra fixtures.
3. Flexible Material Options: Natural rubber, NBR and other elastomers are optional to match different working environments (oilresistant, generalpurpose). Hardness range: Shore A 3090.
