Bonded Seals are metal-reinforced sealing washers designed to provide reliable static sealing for threaded connections, hydraulic fittings, and high-pressure fluid systems. A bonded seal typically consists of a metal washer with an elastomeric sealing lip bonded to its inner diameter. When tightened, the elastomer is compressed against the mating surfaces to prevent fluid or gas leakage.
