Rubber Flange Gaskets

Rubber Flange Gaskets are sealing components designed for pipe flanges, valves, pumps, tanks, and other bolted connections. They are compressed between mating flange surfaces to prevent leakage of liquids and gases while compensating for minor surface irregularities and flange imperfections.

We manufacture standard and custom rubber flange gaskets in a wide range of materials, sizes, thicknesses, and profiles to meet different sealing requirements.

Available Materials

Material Key Properties Typical Applications
EPDM Excellent resistance to water, steam, weathering, ozone, and many chemicals Water systems, HVAC, plumbing, chemical equipment
NBR Excellent resistance to mineral oils, fuels, and hydraulic fluids Oil & gas, hydraulic systems, machinery
FKM Excellent resistance to high temperatures, fuels, oils, and many chemicals Automotive, chemical processing, oil & gas
VMQ / Silicone Wide temperature capability, excellent flexibility and weather resistance Food equipment, HVAC, electrical and general industrial applications
HNBR Improved heat, oil, and mechanical resistance compared with standard NBR Automotive, oil & gas, hydraulic applications
CR / Neoprene Good weathering, ozone, and moderate oil resistance General industrial and outdoor applications

For demanding chemical or high-temperature applications, other elastomer compounds or rubber/PTFE composite constructions can also be considered according to the operating conditions.
