Standards
Our metal-reinforced rubber diaphragms can be manufactured to meet U.S., Japanese, British, French, and Chinese standards, as well as customer-specific drawings, specifications, and performance requirements.
Product Overview
Metal-Reinforced Rubber Diaphragms combine the flexibility and sealing properties of elastomers with the mechanical strength and dimensional stability of metal reinforcement.
This composite construction provides excellent pressure resistance, structural stability, fatigue resistance, and sealing performance, making these diaphragms suitable for demanding applications where conventional rubber diaphragms may not provide sufficient mechanical strength.
Depending on the application, the metal reinforcement can be integrated into the diaphragm to improve shape retention, load-bearing capability, and resistance to deformation during repeated pressure cycles.
Available Rubber Materials
We can manufacture metal-reinforced diaphragms using a wide range of elastomers, including:
- NBR (Nitrile Rubber)
- EPDM
- HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber)
- FKM (Fluoroelastomer)
- FVMQ (Fluorosilicone Rubber)
- VMQ (Silicone Rubber)
- CR (Neoprene)
- Other specialty elastomers upon request
